No 2

We ( family of four ) had a lovely stay in the cottage it was old, quirky, picturesque and in a perfect location. We loved waking up and overlooking the church. It was so quiet too. Mandy was so attentive and a delightful host, going the extra mile to make us welcome and comfortable - Thank you Mandy! We couldn’t have asked for more😀 The locals were so friendly too. The cottage is in a beautiful spot , we walked down the church steps along to devils bridge. We had food and drinks in some lovely places. The Royal Hotel & Royal Barn were our favourites . We visited White Scar caves a short drive away and loved it! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again soon.

good location lovely accomodation. The host had thought of everything.

Soon as we walked through the door of No 2 we were blown away, it was absolutely gorgeous. There was everything you needed to make you feel at home and welcome even down to a Christmas card and present. The cottage was spotlessly clean and the bedrooms were beautiful and comfy. The owner has made this cottage into a lovely welcoming space for her guests and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌

No.2 is the cosiest, quintessential country cottage, tucked away beside the old church in Kirkby Lonsdale. It’s private, quiet & perfect for hiding away for some rest & relaxation. The wood burning stove is a treat to read in front of, the kitchen has everything you need & the rooms are comfortable. Kirkby Lonsdale has a river, historical sites & plenty of cute shops & pubs, ideal for mini wanders. We loved every minute of staying and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Also, most importantly, Mandy the owner, is friendly & so attentive to ensuring your stay is well-catered & comfortable.

Its a beautiful little cottage, right next to a church, so lovely and quiet, just a short walk through the churchyard to the main street. It was cosy, impeccably clean and comfortable, and the shower was luvly....there was a welcome pack of bread, butter, milk and tea...perfect, and i could have stayed for another few days!!...this is a gorgeous cottage, and we will definitelh be back!!❤️❤️❤️

No 2 is the most perfect, idyllic stay in a fantastic location with beautiful surroundings. It is everything we were hoping for and more - the cottage is so cosy! The beds were really comfortable and the cottage had all the amenities we needed for our weekend break. Communication from Mandy was excellent - she was so helpful, friendly and kind. We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and cosy cottage which overlooks beautiful countryside. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the attention to detail of the cottage, the hosts kind gestures for our 1-year old, the surrounding scenery and it’s perfect central location. We cannot wait to stay again!
