Location was perfect, the property itself was ideal for our family with small gardens both front and back. The kitchen had most of the tools and gadgets you would have at home, some were a little well used, basically fully equipped for the perfect stay.

The barbecue was pretty useless; if you have one of your own, take it with you!

Quiet location with easy acess to beach & shops,clean,safe dog friendly garden,little extra touches such as the flowers , tea,coffee & milk.

If being very fussy would have liked an extra toilet & walk in shower especially if been six people staying .

Great location, excellent comms from Luke, very modernised bungalow

Only suggestion to improve, thinking of less able visitors, add a more accessible shower option, grabrail at very least, as shower access in bath would be difficult for less able
