Peaseblossom House, a charming Grade II Listed Building, in a great location in Alnwick

Perfect location, well set up and set out. So comfortable and cosy, a home away from home (but tidier😁)..All with a wonderful "welcome". Plenty of helpful notes and instructions around the place, to make sure you don't have any problems (and yes the binmen are great, so please put the bins out.😂) Alnwick is so nice and to have somewhere like this to use as a base is fantastic. Probably shouldn't be so gushing in my praise, as I don't want to find it fully booked for our return visit!!!

The only possible concern could be parking, but we were fine and noted plenty.of spaces around if required

Close to the town, on a street corner, so plenty of natural light. Easy parking. Really well appointed, comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen and dining room. What makes Peasblossom House special though, are the very thoughtful touches Louise has added throughout. Our welcome gift of Cremant de Bordeaux, honey cake, and a selection of cold drinks, oh and a pint of milk in the fridge too was unexpected. Fresh flowers in the hall and dining room plus the personal welcome card, together with explanatory notes on the appliances show just how much Louise and her team appreciate each and every guest

Everything you could possibly need was there. Very clean and cosy. Very comfy bed, little messages everywhere and a lot of thought has gone into this lovely cottage.A wonderful host who left an unexpected treat box and fiz for my Birthday. Louise goes the extra mile, thank you .

I really am reluctant to say anything because such attention to detail has been made.The locks could do with being changed on the door as it is fiddly , old folk may struggle and new pillows as they were flat .

Clean, comfortable and lots of lovely touches such as chocolate, cake and Brut. The house has lots of books, games, and the kitchen is really well stocked so that you can cook a variety of meals. The outside space is really pleasant and you are a five minute walk into town.

Lovely home, lovely decor and all mod cons. Real thought given to the comfort of guests. It was our second stay and I would highly recommend it 😊
