Very modern property/conversion with plenty of facilities and pretty much everything you need whether staying for a short stay or long stay. Friendly neighbours. Safe accessible parking. Introductory information and information in the property are fantastic. Colourful decor.

Some of the light switches were positioned in awkward places.

convenient for walking into town centre and quiet location the host was able to let us extend our stay for an extra night when our plans altered

The small flat is well furnished and very comfortable. Had everything you need. The owner was fantastic, there was a power cut on the street and as well as dealing with the electric company he also offered alternative accommodation which I did not require. Exceptional service. I will definitely use again.
