The location was good and the house itself was ok. It was clean and tidy.

We had an issue with the hot water system and we couldnt have a bath or shower as the water was burning hot. We left on the second morning. The owner has said there us no problem and will not give us any refund which was disappointing.

Beautifully clean and lovely owner Amy decorated for Christmas which was so lovely, warm and inviting.

The bed was warm and snug, mattress a little tired, but room was welcoming.

Everything was wonderful.

My only complaint was having to strip the sheets. I do appreciate that this was important during covid. But I feel we are back to normal now.

The cottage was spotless and it was in a quiet location with good accessibility to main routes and the Forest of Dean and surrounding area. It was relaxing there after a day out and lovely to come back to somewhere warm and comfortable when the weather wasn't great. I really liked the fact that I could control the heating. The rooms were all a good size especially the kitchen. Parking was very convenient. Amy was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I didn't like was the very minor inconvenience of having to get into the bath to turn either the taps or the shower on.

Very comfortable cottage maintained to a very high standard. Slept like a log. Great location, Lovely hot powerful shower. Lovely and quiet at night. Great value for money. Will definitely be returning.

Having to leave

Quaint! Met our expectations, Cleanness was spot on really clean throughout the Studio. We took as we always do our own utensils, plates, saucepans etc but being nosey I can add there is everything you need there. The wet room was okay, shower great, sink okay, toilet seat has a wobble but then so does my own toilet seat at home. Communication, directions and key code from the hosts was 100% and reassuring. Easy parking, I must say safe parking was great.. WiFi was mind blowing compared to past properties we have stayed a good addition.. We tried a Sunday roast at the Cross Keys Inn a few minutes from the studio the food, service and ale will rival any good restaurants… Thank you
