Townhouse, close to harbour with sea views

Location was perfect, and the views were amazing. It’s a beautifully decorated and well equipped spacious house.

* No dedicated parking was not ideal, but we managed. We left the car where it was most of the days as Padstow had everything we needed. * Shower pressure was ridiculous- more of a dribble. Bath not full sized to allow everyone to bath instead.

The size and location of this property was excellent and the perfect choice for those looking to be a 5 minute walk to the Harbour and centre. Very comfortable and spacious despite there being 7 of us. The second toilet was a great addition too.

The water pressure in the house was awful. If you ran a tap downstairs the shower went off. Not great for 7 adults showering regularly. The back yard area was not ideal with a laminate tiled floor and no grass area for dogs despite the property being dog friendly. The bunk room was very small with no storage space and little storage in the smaller double room either. It was also very expensive for 1 week considering these points.

Excellent property, clean, well equipped, excellent location

Ideally located for us. A short walk from the quay side, and the local pubs and restaurants. A slightly longer walk to the main grocery store in the town, but needed the exercise so no worries there. Close to my mother's house. St George's Well, and Tregirls Beach are closer and easier to get to than Brea Beach, and you don't need the Ferry.

Not particularly keen on the induction stove top. The pans that went with it looked like they could do with replacing as the non-stick coating seemed to be a bit flaky and a couple were warped. Thought I was going to need a computer science degree for the heating system. Some things can be overly complicated in the name of convenience. The sleeping configuration might benefit from rethinking. We were eight of us: myself, my wife, our son; my friend, his wife and three children. Three double beds and two bunks don't really work for say two couples and four children, especially teenagers. The ability to separate one of the doubles into two singles would be a great addition. We managed, no problem really. Apart from that, brilliant.

The property is excellent. Great location not far from town centre harbour and beaches. Everything you need is there and the house is comfortable and decorated brilliantly.

The property is brilliantly located with so much on your doorstep. This house was very well equipped with all you need and so clean and comfortable. The decor is beautifully done and in super condition. It is a perfect family base and we are so impressed, we have already booked to return next year.

We loved everything. If I were really nitpicking, an outside tap/hose to wash wetsuits and and extra lounge chair in the lounge area would be great but honestly, the house is truly amazing and we cannot wait to return.

Good location, bright and clean with good sized bedrooms.

Only one bathroom and more seating in Lounge area needed as accommodation is for eight.
