The lodge and park were well looked after and clean. The lodge was spacious and very comfortable, the hot tub was a great addition and being able to take our dog was brilliant. The best pet friendly lodge we've stayed in. The onsite restaurant JJs is amazing too.

Couldn't fault anything it was just perfect.

Everything! The lodge and location were fantastic. The lodge felt brand new! We were blown away with it. The location is great if you want to explore York and Yorkshire. We spent the day in York then back to the lodge to enjoy the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The only minor negative is there is no air con. Possibly some portable air con units could be installed 🤔.

Location was beautiful. The lodge was amazing. 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms (though we only used 1) Hot tub.

Could have probably done with a fan for night time as it was roasting ( I wish I brought one down with me)

The lodge was exceptionally clean and tidy. Very modern with TVs in each room with Netflix and Disney +. The lodge was well equipped with all the essentials including a travel cot and high chair

The hot tub was quite dirty before we even got in it. It had a lot of sand at the bottom and scum around the water line. Spoke to a member of the park who cleaned the hot tub and added extra chemicals. The hot tub was still dirty after this so it seems like it needs emptying fully and cleaning
