Out side of house , back yard and front compound is such a mess with all dirt. We had to suffer a-lot in cold with out hot water and heating with three kids for several weeks due to malfunctioning heating system and had to call over and over to get help from the management. Further more they still keeping our refundable security deposit of £200 even after 4days of check out saying we hadn’t cleaned the property when we left. At least not answering to the phones when we call. They consider washing the washrooms and vacuum cleaning and arrange beds and clean all over is guest’s duty when they leave. Horrible people.. cunning fellows.. searching facts to smuggle guest’s money ..never recommend at least to an enemy to go to 53 degree properties. Below are the reasons they say as we didn’t kept the property clean😡

Spacious, well appointed & immaculate.It was very welcoming & felt like home away from home.Exceptional customer service & communication. The location was walking distance to shops, pubs & eateries. Lovely park next door & easy parking.We were really grateful for the beautiful Christmas decor, crackers & chocolates-such a wonderful welcome. Very impressed from beginning to end :)

The location was convenient for trains, but the area was grim.

There were a number of issues with the property, some could not have been predicted and the management team were very prompt at managing them, but it was inconvenient, especially because it was winter.
