Beautiful Town House with Private Garden and Patio

Very good shower (rainfall and wand). Lots of loos (4!). Keysafe for front door so no check in time (which suited us perfectly as we arrived at 11pm and had another guest who arrived while we were out the next day so she could get in). Lovely kitchen with cute little conservatory. Nice quiet estate. Garden not overlooked and nicely kept / planted. All rooms generous sizes and nice decor, very tidy. Lovely smells in different rooms (Reed diffusers etc), and didn't have to strip bedding or empty bins as owner has cleaners to do this. Owner contacted us by WhatsApp on day of stay with helpful images and instructions. Very easy to communicate with if there had been any issues (which there weren't during our stay).

Only 1 key, so was a bit tricky with multiple guests coming and going at different times. Owner uses the properties garage as storage for laundry for his other properties and needed access at all times, and requested we didn't use the space at all due to his delivery on Friday between 1pm-10pm (!?). Only 1 car park space for a 3 bed house (again not great for multiple guests / cars). There is a bit of road parking but not much. As it is a townhouse there are a LOT of stairs, and they are curved (a bit tricky if you're tired and have a wriggly baby in your arms!).

Well presented, good sized bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space. Shops are within a short walk or drive. Netflix and TV set up ready to go. Beds are comfortable. All linen provided including tea towels Plenty of toilet roll and even kitchen roll.

The owner didn't get in touch till the day of the booking for check in, gave me a lot of anxiety since no contact prior to this and with two young children was concerned it was not going ahead. Also no response to a previous message regarding a high chair. The walls of the house are paper thin, you can hear everything! With two young children it was hard work and was concerned regarding the neighbours. Recommend a sound machine and black out blinds.for children. There is no water pressure in the top bathroom and the bath tap doesn't work to run a bath. No freezer in the fridge.

Lots of space, sunny garden, quiet location, lots of bathrooms!

Nice clean house, very friendly host. Good value.

Only 3 chairs in the lounge. Central heating maxed out at 19.5 degrees Hot water on a tank (not combi) and runs out after 2 showers.

The house was in very good condition. The rooms were light and spacious and airy.

The bathroom tap was a problem. However, the owner was available to help solve the problem.
