Beautiful house, lovely views, garden was lovely, nice and quiet. Two wood burners and lovely in the evening, nice and warm. Not too far for all the mountains, towns and coast. Owner easily accessible for any queries.

Wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset over the Irish Sea in the distance. Brilliant location for resorts, Anglesey and Snowdonia. This is certainly not the average minimalist holiday let.

this property is lovely peaceful spacious and has good vibes. It's location is 10mins away from most attractions.

the property was really cold. I had to ask the owner to higher the setting as he does it via his phone. I was very cold and had to ask again for longer time heating. we also was not fond of all the cameras around the property as it did infringe our privacy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Craig, the owner of Hafod Boeth, truly deserves a perfect ten-star rating for the exceptional hospitality and wonderful experience we had during our business therapeutic vacation from Friday, September 20, 2024, to Monday, September 23, 2024. From the moment we received clear directions to the property in Groeslon, Caernarfon, to finding the keys in the key safe for easy access, every detail was thoughtfully arranged for our comfort. As we walked into the lodge, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen automatically lit up, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fresh flowers, fresh eggs, and a well-equipped kitchen awaiting us. The thoughtful gesture of the bottle of wine was such a lovely touch, which I happily replaced for the next guests. The beds at Hafod Boeth were truly the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and as healthcare professionals from the NHS, therapists, nurses, and social workers, ensuring our mental health and well-being is vital. The serene location with its open grounds, beautifully landscaped garden, orchard, beehive, and the soothing sound of the waterfall created a peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Enjoying a cup of coffee by the Lilly pond was a highlight of our stay. The lodge was equipped with everything we could possibly need, from a well-functioning TV, music system, to a selection of books, making our downtime even more enjoyable. The warmth and coziness of the property added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Craig's place, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect, conveniently situated, tucked away from hustle and bustle, surrounded by natural beauty. Craig was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Their attention to detail truly made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Thank you Craig, for a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect

Beautiful and cosy house with gorgeous gardens and views. Lots to do in the area. Lovely terrace to sit and watch the sunset. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. Comfy rooms.

The property and the garden were beautiful. Craig was very attentive and personable. We relaxed and really enjoyed our stay.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low but Craig explained the reason which was very much beyond his control. The banister on the stairs had one broken pole which had been repaired but was not able to support any weight. A hand rail would have been nice as I am disabled. These were all very minor concerns.

A wonderful old house in a quiet and remote setting, lovingly furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. Perfect if you enjoy nature and want to stay away from the crowds, but still be close enough to all the sights and mountains to spend the days exploring and hiking. Great communication with Craig, the lucky owner of this place, although we never met him. Driving up to the house from the south is quite adventurous, but definitely adds to its charm!

There is only one toilet in a very small bathroom, which was perfectly sufficient for my friend and me, but might be a bit of a problem if you're more than two people getting up at the same time in the morning or needing a shower after a day in the mountains...
