I like the environment and the surrounding

Water pressure is not enough and the dryer doesn't work as intended even though drying with a small volume of clothes. The Niche Apartments sent engineers to the residence because the landlord needed to check the electrical appliances, I appreciate what they told me one day ago. It's quite inconvenient for us but I understood the urgency. There is also a hole in the brick wall in the backyard due to the house behind this property is having maintenance and there are construction workers walking around.

Alll types of facilities were available. Location was good and quite. All kitchen items were available.

The beds were small and mattress were uncomfortable. Noted web at many places.

The location was good

The washing machine was outside the house installed in a little shed outside the house. Rain, wind storm whatever, you have to unlock the house door and the store room where the washing machine was to be able to wash your clothes. Your next door neighbors can actually see you loading and unloading the washing machine. We tried to get the central heating working but we couldn't. There was spider webs in the house and loads and loads of dust on the curtains. There were marks of spillage on the sofa in the living room and the whole house dim and full of energy saving light bulbs. The mattress in the master bedroom is old and you can feel the metal springs. I must say the property is neglected and I will not rent in it again.

The accommodation was overall very beautiful and pleasant

You need to upgrade your kitchen utensils. You need to improve the WIFI connection speed

Location very good, only a 10 min. walk to the town.

The lights in the kitchen and the staircase very poor
