No instructions on how to turn on the heater, not responsive property management and deposit amount and documents required should have been listed on booking.com website.

Absolutely vile!!!!!! Do not book here !!!! Rats nest ! We didn’t even stay! Rubbish everywhere, inside stinking, blinds hanging off windows, stinking !!

Apartment was big rooms was nice and bathrooms was clean

Rubbish infront of driveway no ones reply until i call booking.com Call option not recognised You cant get proper address untill you pay deposit And no one replies for deposit aswell

How big the bedrooms were

The property was unclean and cannot cook, many utilities were broken e.g bed, leaking shower, the minor damage all around the property and mass amounts of rubbish outside the property that we were nearly charged for due to the lack of space for me to dispose of my rubbish

"Passable"

It took them almost 2 weeks to come clean the garden which we met littered with rubbish and cigarette butts. And even after cleaning, the hay gathered from a previous cleaning was left heaped in the garden, until we checked out.
