Beautiful, Spacious, Old Trafford home

The location is great if you are going to Old Trafford and there are supermarkets, food options, and public transport nearby. The house is warm and spacious, and is good for a group. Good communication from the property manager and they were flexible with our check in and check out requirements.

The house, although large and made for big groups, could have been better well-equipped in the kitchen to cater for this. We ended up buying cutlery, baking tray etc. There is only one full bathroom which is a stretch if you have the maximum 9 guests. There was some issues with cleanliness but overall OK.

Very comfortable beds, mostly nice kitchen. Location fine - quiet residential street.

Kitchen ceiling- obviously been a previous flood in the bathroom above leaving large stain on ceiling. Broken kettle handle. Outside virtually unusable as overgrown and only 2 garden chairs in a shed with rubbish. No handrail on steep stairs rendering them very difficult for 2 of our group . On arrival I had to hoover up hundreds of dead mosquitos in the upstairs bathroom and 2 bedrooms!

We had an amazing stay at this rental house in Manchester while attending a cricket match at Old Trafford. The location couldn't have been better – situated between the cricket and football grounds, making it perfect for sports fans. The ample space provided was ideal for our big group, and we even had a fantastic party during our stay. The convenience and comfort of the house truly added to our overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and spacious accommodation in Manchester!

Location was spot on for our requirements.

Cleanliness was poor. Hob was dirty, oven was very dirty with drip tray full of grease. Upstairs bedroom was still full of hair from previous guests. Behind the sofa were cigarette ends and dirt, the sofa was also broken. The vacuum cleaner stunk of fish when used, no other means of sweeping up available. Tiles in the bathroom were loose. Tried to contact the owner about the problems but always went to voice mail.
