Location, house size, house style.

It wasn't clean at all, on arrival we had to clean the floors of dirt for our children's sake. There was also a lot of dirt down the sides of the sofas, the oven was dirty and there were stains found on the bed sheets. There were human hairs found in the shower and sink and the kitchen sink was dirty. It was just very unfortunate that we had to spend a lot of our stay cleaning. For the price of our stay we would have expected it to be clean on arrival.
