"Excellent house, Excellent location"

9.0

House was exactly as advertised; extremely clean and spacious. Darren and Tara were extremely quick to respond to messages too. You couldn't ask for a better location in the middle of Derry right next to Waterloo Street. Will certainly be staying again!

"Money needs spending"

6.0

Beds were comfortable, rooms big.. it's within walking distance of city wall, free Derry museum. Plenty of shop's and pubs nearby

The house can cater up to 6 people , but only 3 dinner plates - one of us - had to eat dinner out of a bowl. The pans that are there are all scratched, and they stick because coating has come off. No grill pan on the grill No tea towel (although that was mentioned a while ago in a previous comment). Nothing to wash dishes with other than using tissue paper, not ideal in water. Only 4 forks [also previously mentioned). Kitchen table chairs are more like garden table chairs, and it felt like you would fall through them!. There is no lid on the downstairs toilet! There are no headboards on the beds, but they are stood in the corner (looking ready to be put on). Parking is an issue, residence on opposite side of the street put wheelie bins and traffic cones out to reserve spaces, so the other side of the street have nowhere to park!. So really shouldn't be advertised with parking, it is if you want a row!. Work men next door start banging at 8am, which can't be helped but not good if you're on holiday. The pool table is pointless and a waste of space as you have to use the que as a javelin because you can't move to take a shot without hitting wall or fireplace. The seating in the sitting room has seen better days. It's very worn when you sit on it. Cleaning isn't great. Bedroom skirting is thick of dust, and towels are very thin and hard! The small yard is a disgrace. If you have children or want to sit out for a coffee, you can't. Bird seed all over the two seats and junk dumped. All in all, it wouldn't take much to improve these things, but it seems as if previous postings of the same problems are ignored or they would have been rectified!. Quite noisey during early hours with people coming home and having takeaway delivered, although that isn't the land Lords fault, but still annoying.
