Very comfortable and clean. Well equipped with top quality appliances everything you would need for a good holiday.

Only a very small down side for us was a slightly bigger bed would have been good.

We loved EVERYTHING about this property. It was exactly as advertised in regards to the aesthetic, clean, comfortable and well kitted out. The kitchen had absolutely anything and everything you could want or think of to make anything (I have never experienced this before and usually need to take extra pans / measuring jug, utensils etc.). The rooms were of a good size and beds incredibly comfortable, you could easily stay here for a long period of time without needing to bring anything. Location was phenomenal, easy walk to the beach and a handful of nice pubs with great service and quality food and drinks. we were made to feel very welcome in the local area. I came home from New Zealand and went to Broadstairs for the first time with friends since the pandemic and this could not have been a more perfect place to stay, from cooking breakfasts together in the kitchen to playing cards and drinking wine around the dining table in the evening after a nice dinner at The Little Albion, absolute perfection. Special thanks to Stella who was a pleasure to deal with and answered all questions and was quick to respond, as well as Colin who found my friends door keys after we left! Amazing stay! my friends are already planning a trip back with their respective partners and families.
