We provided our own breakfasts. The property lived up to our expectations , being very clean and wanting for very little. Also in a great location just a few yards from the beach.

I had a few issues finding the address, but once found its easy to access ,so probably my fault . Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The accommodation was spotless and tidy. Well located for dog walks and good for parking. Highly recommend.

There were 4 adults and 2 dogs in the party, so it was a little tight. However, would go again as a party of 2 and 2 dogs.

Second visit to this bungalow, loved the comfy sofas, and bed. Very clean and tidy. I took my grandson this time and he loved it. Great location beach across the road. Pam is very helpful and very accommodating. Love this bungalow and highly recommend as a good location etc.

The bungalow had everything we needed for our short stay. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds and sofa. Great location for the beach, promenade and Hunstanton town centre.

Could do with beds moving and cleaning under them and the sofas...

Close-ish to the beach though there is a steep incline and steps to the prom so beware anyone with mobility needs.

* Charged £25 for a dog/pet though I did not state I was taking one; this amount was refunded to me when I queried it prior to our visit. * The porch and front doors need attention as the keys get stuck; some WD40 would sort it out. * No curtain/blind in bathroom so as on ground floor anyone could see you in the shower after dark. * The outside garden area is basically a flagged area with a wooden picnic style table with joined benches; it's very scruffy and could do with a coat of paint/stain. * Heated towel rail did not work the whole time we were there and it is rusty/scruffy. * The shower fitment does not fit correctly so one cannot adjust the shower head up for a tall person as it slowly sinks down to the lowest level; additionally, the shower head does not stay/fit into the shower holder correctly so kept falling out. * Advertised as having a coffee maker - on arrival saw it is one that needs pods; I have bought filter coffee but there is no coffee press and I had no intention of buying pods. * No pizza tray so had to cook our pizza in the grill pan. * No toilet cleaner/toilet duck left in the property. * My kids named the property 'spider central' as there were spiders everywhere; it felt like the property really needs a deep/sparkle clean. When we lost a chess piece under a sofa and had to pull it out the filth underneath was astonishing. * On arrival the main double bed had small specs in it; as not sure what they were I slept on a couple of towels the whole time (5 nights - we left a day early!) Overall, the property is very 'tired' and needs some upgrading. Finally, on our last day, one of my kids screamed as the toilet seat broke as they were doing their no.2s. They are only 9 years old and weigh about 4.5 stone. Obviously, there must have been a hairline crack to the seat already as I understand toilet seats are tested to about 35 stone.
