4 BR, Large & Modern Private House Central Location

It is a big house that should be suitable for a family.

RATS!🐀 🐀 The house has rats in it. At 12.30am we found a large rat on the kitchen bench eating our loaf of bread. At 7am the following morning a rat ran out from under the bed and into the bedroom we had slept in. During the night we could hear the rats inside the walls! When we arrived at 5pm we couldn’t go inside as the floors were soaking wet from being mopped. They have bought the cheapest mattresses that they could find for all the beds. They give no support and you can feel the base of the bed through the mattress. The house is not near the centre of town so don’t believe the description. When we complained about the RATS 🐀 the owners/managers offered us a 40% discount on our next booking. We told them we would never be back and we suggested they give us a partial refund. They did not, and two weeks later, have still not replied to this request which is very disappointing.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the entire apartment. Part of the Tea bags box was eaten by the mice/rats overnight. Sofas in the lounge was dirty and smelly and seems like the strings is unable to support anyones weight. I.e. when sit on the sofa, the person just sink in. TV was not working and could not view the local channels. there were spider webs everywhere, some were hanging down from the ceiling/lightings.

The property is spacious

it's not clean and a lot of dust.
