"Excellent stay at Barford Barn"

Lovely cosy barn conversion which was spotlessly clean. The outside area was great with comfortable seating and the hot tub was excellent to relax in especially at night. The property is ideally suited for Barnard Castle. The hosts (Allison and Jamie) are really friendly and can't do enough to help. The welcome pack was a great addition including milk, cereals, jams and a bottle of Prosecco. We had a top experience and will be back.

"Beautiful private cottage with an amazing hot tub!"

Lovely friendly hosts and a beautiful private cottage. Everything has been thought off and done out to a very high standard. Fab secluded garden for the dog with fields available for him to run around. We will most definitely be returning!

Gorgeous holiday cottage in an Idyllic location. Everything catered for with lovely touches and all you could need. Hot tub a very relaxing addition and the cottage is in a Great location for visiting surrounding areas. Hosts are amazing and very helpful.

"Luxurious and peaceful getaway"

It was beautiful, luxurious and spacious every little detail thought of. So peaceful and the perfect escape from day to day life. We had 15month old twins and two dogs with us extremely pet and child friendly barn would certainly recommend and stay again.

Alison was such a fantastic host. We were met at the door on arrival and orientated to the property. It was immaculately clean and so well kept. We stayed for my son’s 9th birthday and she had a balloon waiting for him on arrival. It was a lovely touch. Location is great. Hot tub was large and ready on arrival. I couldn’t fault anything at all! Will definitely stay again!
