City Centre Townhouse-3 Bedrooms & Parking - Excellent Location

Property was in a very central location. When we first pulled up I was concerned as lots of graffiti on walls around parking and rubbish around. Inside was very clean. Kitchen very well stocked with utensils etc. lots of information given about Belfast. TV didn’t work well but that didn’t bother us as out a lot.

Front door was very hard to close and required Lifting to close. Doors to rooms hard to close. Showers are very small and if a plus size would be hard to get in and out with door space.

Excellent location. Parking added bonus.

Some foodstuffs months/years out of date. Could do with better cleaning under and behind furniture. Also back yard very dirty and covered with mess and weeds. Internet okay for phone but unpredictable for TV. Would be helpful to have more handrails on stairs especially near top curves.

What an amazing apartment! It was lovely and modern with a short walk into the city centre and attractions. Tony was so nice and let us check in early and out late which was great!

You can't get hot water in the showers if anyone else is using water in the apartment, but once we worked that out it was fine! Otherwise everything else is perfect.

The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Nothing to complain actually. The shower heads could be upgraded.

Comfortable, well appointed property in good location. Good pre-arrival information from owner.

Entry to area overgrown with weeds, graffiti, overflowing garbage bin from adjoining unit off putting on arrival. Having 3 flights of stairs to carry up luggage not ideal.
