"Sadly we will not return"

Bathroom to bedroom ratio. The space in the house was good.

Location it was very unsettling. Beggers in the street next to the house and run down. The house was dirty and below standard.

Flexible with a hour later checkout

ZERO amenities - No hand soap in any 4 bathrooms or kitchen - No oven trays or over gloves - Broken vacuum - made more mess than clean - No dust pan and brush - Washing machine and dishwasher but no tablets for either Plumbing issues resulting in 8 of us having to use one bathroom for a week!!

It was clean and the rooms where big, and local to our event.
