We always enjoy Rhosneigr

On getting to the front door there was weeds all around The dustbin was overflowing. For the price i expected complimentary tea/coffee facilities No treats in the bathroom only half a toilet roll. The brochure does say they provide all this. Even for a weekend we may not have used all.these things but it makes the holiday and when we have stayed at the swell before these things have been provided

Great location, residential estates were hugely helpful and responded fully and quickly to my questions.

The towels were tatty and not fresh, which was a shame as the other linens were all great and the decor and furnishings all fab - clean and new. Nice fluffy fresh towels would be an improvement.

The property was adequate Good position

On arrival unable to access the property - no key code No bedding for 3rd person Rusty, dirty utensils, dirty bin No showerl gel,conditioner,dishcloth,dishwasher tablets,wifi. Dishwasher dirty & smelled Bedding had stains & not very fresh Only 1 1/2 toilet rolls Property smelled foisty

Best bed, great location for surfing

Advertised parking but no specific parking space. Booking.com said parking available, found out after we booked this was not the case

The location was excellent for the beaches and local amenities

Although it wouldn't be practicable, access to parking would be good.

Perfect location, lovely clean property and very helpful staff.

Mirror in the bathroom would have been useful and dish cloth/sponge other than that perfect stay.

Great apartment with everything you need and no stairs to get to front door

There was no mirror in bathroom or in bedroom the only mirror was stuck on bottom panel of wardrobe which you would have to get down on floor and there was mirror stuck on top of dressing table facing upwards so you couldn't see into it 🤷‍♀️ had to use my phone to do my hair
