Sea Breeze Holiday Chalet

Spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there.

I have been holidaying in chalets, lodges etc for 25 years and never had to strip my own bed and empty the rubbish. It wasn't that I didn't like it, I just thought it was unusual. Even after covid, I've never had to do this.

Absolutely beautiful chalet, so spacious. Perfect location. Loved it.

Everything! The pictures don't do it justice as it is bigger and brighter than it looks. It is an immaculate chalet, and everything that you could possibly need is included... and more! It was lovely to see that there were provisions for the dogs, great to have plenty of seating for the humans, and also the safe, fenced off area is appreciated. The bedrooms are comfortable and include tv's in both, lots of dvds in the lounge too, and it felt very cosy at night with the fire on, especially during the fabulous thunderstorm that we witnessed! The bathroom is really large, and the shower was lovely... good to have a shower stool included, too! There is plenty of room for a wheelchair if needed. It is a short walk to the lovely beach, maybe 3 minutes if you walk at a 'normal' pace. I am very happy with all the information that we were given too. We tried out some of the recommendations, and Salt was a highlight of our trip, fabulous food, views, and staff. There is so much to do in the surrounding area rain or shine. We went to the model village too, and my 5 year old nephew wasn't sure about the sound of it to begin with, but he absolutely loved it the second we got there and the quiz had us going around multiple times to find all the answers. All in all, I highly recommend booking this chalet and I know that we will definitely return. Thank you for a fabulous short break!

Lovely spacious chalet. Easy to find with directions etc. Would highly recommend we didn't bring the dogs hopefully next time.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely property about 100m from the fabulously beach, near farm land. Quiet and nearby a leisure bar and chip shop, park & ride into town. There are lots of rabbits around in the evening - that's how peaceful it is. You can walk to Bridlington along the beach in 45mins. The holiday home is bigger than I expected and tastefully decorated. We met the owner as we were leaving, she was a very pleasant lady and was good enough to return to let me retrieve some large items I forgot to pack. Just a lovely experience all round, which meant a lot as it's my Mum's first holiday since Dad died.

EDIT: I have since learned that the path is clear, so go and have a good holiday. No reflection on the home or owner - the holiday park is expanding and the main path to the beach was closed off due to construction - not good for wheelchair.
