Neet Retreat - sleeps 7 next to beach

A stunning property which was spotlessly clean and deceptively large and roomy. It was in a perfect location with a few minutes walk to the beach and town just around the corner. It had a lovely enclosed garden safe for our dogs to go out in. The owner Rob was super helpful and came out straight away to sort out a minor problem. Can’t recommend the property enough 😊

Comfortable, central

We loved this property for our whole family. Absolutely amazing Location, perfect for the town and beach. The accommodation downstairs worked perfectly for 6 adults. We especially loved the great little conservatory addition on the first floor for a cup of tea in the morning and the great views. I have been coming to Bude for 45+ years and walked passed this cottage so many times. The size is deceiving - it is huge. Thank you Rob especially getting us in earlier than the usual booking in time - much appreciated. Can’t wait to come back in 2026

As 6 adults the smallest room with bunks was a bit tight but still worked well.

Location was perfect! Looks small from the outside but when you go in, its great. Very clean and loved the whole place. The garage was a lovely bonus! Definitely would return and all our family enjoyed the cottage and Bude. So close to the beach - the dogs loved it!

Nothing really. The only thing we had an issue with was only having 1 key (which we had to collect from a local B&B due to the key lock being broken). With 6 adults it proven challenging when people were doing different things and getting access to the property, but this was only because the key lock had been broken, so unavoidable really.

Great location, had everything needed, plenty of room for family.

In places was looking a bit tired, kitchen floor needs relaying and where buckled was dangerous, ceiling rose required in top sun room. Sheets on bunk bed didn’t seem to have been changed.

Very spacious and clean, lovely family house with garage. Lovely helpful owners.
