"Great location clean and comfortable house"

Brilliant location in walking distance from town and beach. Easy onsite parking for one car and on street for second. Clean comfortable house for 4 of us - 2 adults, 12 and 7 year old children.

"We had a lovely stay, enjoyed the easy access to the tennis courts which was the main purpose of our stay."

Second time we've stayed here and I'm so glad we did. Comfortable, well equipped and in a lovely location. Perfect base for a fab holiday in Felixstowe.

Can't think of anything. Maybe a little more hanging storage, but the hosts have put so much care and attention into 'Coastal Mews' that I had to wrack my brains to even think of that.

"Lovely stay in a great location"

So spacious and had everything we needed. So close to the seafront as well.

Everything was lovely, my only advice for next guests would be that the rooms get bright in the morning during summer so eye masks are needed for any light sleepers :)

"Perfect few days away"

Beautiful accommodation. We felt relaxed and at home as soon as we walked through the door. Everything needed was provided. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance. Can’t wait to return!

The location was fantastic, the property was clean and spacious.

The property could do with a coat rack/coat hooks in the downstairs toilet. This is a minor minute detail-the property was excellent.
