Sea View, Beach Road, Cromer

Very roomy. Plenty of space for ten guests. Good sized bedrooms, lounges and kitchen/dining area. Nicely decorated. Boys loved the hot tub.

Toilet doors don’t shut properly and cannot be locked for privacy. Stairs to upper bedroom difficult for less mobile guests. Rope hand rail was broken. Fixing come off wall.

Everything it was a great property with all it’s period features

Beautifully decorated, exactly as described/pictured. Helpful host, perfect location, great parking, warm & welcoming & really appreciated the extras: milk, ice, Prosecco, mince pies & biscuits xxx

Nothing!!

The property was as good as our last stay, warm, plenty of room for our family visit, seating all comfortable, cooking facilities good, plenty of hot water for showers. The small room bed was more comfortable this year as it had a futon style bed with mattress, better than last year's z bed. Beds lovely and comfortable and bedding and towels good quality.

The dishwasher did not wash very well, it may need looking at. There was a problem with several of the doors, some members of the family got stuck in toilets, the lounge door was ok once we had the 'knack' but very difficult for arthritic hands.

Fab location, very spacious and well equipped. Great to have the rear parking, although it’s very tight for two cars.

Our fault, but we only discovered the living room on second day when we found a key for a locked room.

Fantastic and spacious house for a large group. Plenty of bathrooms

The only thing that let this house down was the lack of saucepans and decent cooking utensils.
