Perfect location

Nothing really. Nice, clean all the amenities you need.

Spacious, uncluttered and well designed cottage. Excellent location in the old village centre. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Parking arranged by the owners is a few minutes flat walk to the public car park.

It seemed like the cottage was not used since summer. There was a damp smell on entry and there was no hot water for the first night. The owners did rectify this issue promptly. Luckily, when we stayed the weather was mild winter days. The elaborate WIFI connected, remotely monitored electric radiators did not work well. Needed to get up early to switch them on manually. Lesson, don't rely on the WIFI router supplied by your internet provider for house management. They are cheap (free) and need rebooting regularly. When the internet went don't (which does happens to every house), the heating goes haywire and the bedroom TV does not work. Towel rail in ensuite room set to come on only in the morning for a short period and can't be overridden. Cold bathroom in the morning and if you have a shower in the evening your towels will still be damp next morning. The timings of the house were set to British Summer Time. All in all, apart from the first night stress of no hot water and the hope it would be resolved (which is was), the technology controlled wacky heating arrangement was not massive problem for us.

Nice bakery nearby, a couple of good restaurants, close to Eden project which is fantastic! nice town, nice people but most of those were tourists like us who we got to know since it's quite small, lots going on

Well.. the weather for a start. Attractions very expensive despite our big budget. Slightly disappointed with the the apartment as I've stayed elsewhere before with a welcome cake, proper coffee machine and more tools in the kitchen such as wooden spoons and oven proof dishes

Cosy and comfy, perfect location in a gorgeous little village.

The slight slope. Bed sooo comfortable but felt I had to cling on on occasions as it was on a tilt

Comfortable ,well decorated, within easy reach of harbour, parking,(which was included in rental cost) shops and good choice of places to eat. Ferry to Fowey(we saw a pod of dolphins,& seals)Boats available to take you out fishing. Asda within half hours drive.

Seagulls don't seem to sleep. Can't think if anything else.

Central to the town and harbour, comfy bed. Plenty of cups, plates etc in Kitchen. Very clean.

The property was a bit cold, especially in the morning, cold when you get up and go into bathrooms etc. Radiators came on in the evening, which was fine.
