"Exceptional property, great location, amazing stay Thank you"

The property was amazing- exceptionally comfortable and warm, with everything we needed for our stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, we actually took a picture of the label on the pillows so we could buy some of our own! The sofa's were comfortable and having 3 meant we had 1 each :) The location was extremely peaceful and pleasant with only a short drive into Berwick where there were plenty of shops, cafe's and a choice of restaurants too. The owner was really helpful and friendly on arrival and explained how to use everything. We enjoyed it very much and will be returning in the future. I would definitely recommend.

"Superb"

Wonderful house owned by Sarah - a very friendly, helpful and generous host. Great space for cooking, eating and then chilling out on the many sofas. Additional lounge area thats good for teenagers. The beds were comfy and the place very quiet. Very accessible to the A1 and Holy Island but sufficiently out of the way. Nice courtyard. Parking outside the door. Dog friendly. We wish Sarah continued success!

"Great house, great hosts"

Sarah was very welcoming. The property was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. There was loads of room for us to relax and we appreciated the quality furniture, TVs and bedding

We had no complaints or grumbles and would stay there again

Beautiful property in a peaceful location. Well furnished and equipped.

We loved everything! Just one thing that needs attention and that was a flickering security light at the front of property.

"Beautiful property in an excellent location"

Excellent location, beautiful property and very friendly welcome from Sarah. Loved the upstairs living area, very cosy. We really liked the welcome gifts, which made you feel special. A very well equipped kitchen and the Nespresso coffee provided, was very welcome in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when we explore more of the area.

We where welcomed with chocolates and a bottle of bubbles Beautiful place to stay. The hostess Sarah was lovely.I would recommend if ever traveling in the area to stop off stay here.

Very quiet, and private. Close to lovely beach. Host friendly and helpful. Property extremely comfortable, and with outside seating area. Chocolates, bottle of Prosecco - very unexpected.
