Lovely home, perfect for a family. Quiet neighbourhood, it felt safe and everything we needed and more was in the property.

Very comfortable furniture (sofa and beds). All the amenities you could want.

Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful garden and a cozy house. Owner popped to ensure we had everything we needed. Nice touch.

Internet can be choppy in certain areas.

What a fabulous welcome the hosts even put up decoration for the kids and were welcomed with chocolate Santas. It was nice and cosy on arrival the hosts and had even provided some the basics we would need before we got to the shops. The house is great, spotless and with plenty of room, off street parking in a real nice area. What a great stay.

Nothing, the stay was perfect.

Large rooms, well equipped, included a cloakroom, quiet location, long drive with access to the rear, nice garden, clean and comfortable.

The window set-up is atrocious. Old, timber-framed sash windows were ok, but the secondary glazing was terrible. Very hard to open and close, and the sliding panels would come out of the runners in the front room. There was a little bit of vegetation growing through the bathroom sash window (which I removed). To make it worse, there were metal blinds which were heavy and clanky - put modern windows in with lighter blinds and it'd make a world of difference. The property could benefit from a bit of modernisation to the kitchen, furniture and decor, but was acceptable. Could do with more cutlery in the kitchen and some minor repairs to the kitchen units if not replaced.
