"Very relaxing."

The house is very light and comfortably furnished, with all the requisite cooking utensils and crockery. Easy to find and easy parking outside and of course that wonderful view of the lake form the lounge and decking area. There is also a good restaurant/bar on-site for the days one doesn't feel like cooking in or for light refreshment. Neil the host was very friendly and popped in to tell us about the area, walks, shopping etc. A good useful walk around the lake if you bring your dog.

"Great stay, very relaxing, good local pubs, our dogs loved the local dog walking routes."

Great location to visit Cotswolds wildlife park & Bird-land 30 min drive away, local shop in close distance, plenty of parking spaces, easy access to the cafe located on the same street, great dog walking routes, clean, nice welcome with a cake and milk for the tea & coffee(available at the property), extra plus was the Nespresso coffee machine, the lake itself is fabulous. Neil is very helpful and will make you feel welcome.

The location was unreal, the house was perfect, with everything you need and want, amazing views of the lake and easy access to restaurants, bars, cafes, water sports etc. Perfect country retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds. Neil is an amazing host living locally for anything you need. Will stay again for sure!

Location was great. Facilities good. Host friendly. Beds comfortable. Everything you need is available.

Only one key. Outside needs sprucing up. Glass tops on tables wouldn't be child friendly sharp corners. But I would go again just suggestions.

"Exceptional"

Neil was a great host with lots of great recommendations for the area. The deck to the lake was an amazing place to just sit and relax and the area was great with a couple of pubs a 15 minute walk away.
