Great host, lovely welcome gift. Super fluffy towels and clean bedding. Kitchen set up was great.

Stale/ unclean smell generally in room and on sofa. No access to facilities on site. Lots of cobwebs/ spiders.

Quiet place now, before the season starts. For us convenient starting point for trips around Cornwall. Comfortable small family house with well equipped kitchen. Perfect communication with Nettie. And we appreciated the bottle of wine!
