"Great family stay"

Large house in a peaceful neighbourhood, very comfortable for a family with 3 adults, two kids and a dog, lovely enclosed garden and a stunning river walk on the doorstep. Dunkeld is a short walk away, the bonus with a Birnam address is parking which can be hard in Dunkeld itself.

"Excellent property, worrying noise developments"

We love the location of River house, perfectly placed for both facilities and walks. The house had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Not having a car we greatly appreciated the recycling service even though the bins weren't far away. Thanks as well for the welcome pack!

Nothing to do with the property. We have noticed in our last 2 visits to Dunkeld that the noise of the clay pigeon shooting in the area is very invasive and as it can be heard for miles it can spoil the tranquility which is one of the main reasons for going to such a beautiful place.

Exceptionally clean. All mod cons games, dvds. Beds were really comfy.. Good communication from the owners. Nice welcome basket. Quiet culture de sac. Handy for Birnam and Dunkeld.

Excellent location. Fully equipped. Spotlessly clean. Very homely. Liked everything about River House.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property itself. I had some slight concern prior to staying at River House because host also caters for “dog friendly” guests. I have an allergy to dogs. I needn’t have been concerned. Property was immaculate. Spotlessly clean. No issues at all.

The property was warm and comfortable. It was a very easy and pleasant stroll into Dunkeld itself along the river. All the rooms were spacious.

The front bedroom was a bit light at night. Maybe black out curtains would help?

Lovely location, spacious and comfortable accommodation, friendly and hospitable host.

External appearance, curtains and window frames, of accommodation a little bit tired looking which is a shame as the rest of the house is lovely.
