Great location

The cottage was lovely. It did day it was suitable for 4, but I would say it's better for 2, maybe not 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Burnham Market is a real picture postcard village and close to beautiful beaches and Bircham Windmill.

We were left instructions to strip the beds on the last day and place bedding in the orange bag in the wardrobe, but there was no orange bag. I'd usually strip the beds anyway, didn't appreciate being asked to if there was no bag left. The kitchen was adequate for our stay, but when we moved the table to sit 4 around it, it wasn't very clean, I'd have liked to have been able to mop the tiled floor after a day or so, but no mop or bucket (I don't spend my holiday cleaning but you walk straight into the kitchen from the pavement, we'd been to the beach, so floor needed a quick clean).

We liked the easy way to collect the keys in the lock box

The door locks would have been better if they had catched in the close position

situation and cost and for us with two dogs very practical

no coat hooks, no outside light, shower in need of revamp.

THE CLEANLINESS ie the kitchen floor was filthy and the carpet on the stairs was filthy my feet were black after I took my shoes off upon entry as I do at home. No bin liners in kitchen bin, two toilet rolls stingy! Front door clear glass no privacy see into kitchen from outside.No communication after booking asked for a fan but no reply so we had to bring our own and its a good job we did as absolutely boiling upstairs and downstairs had to open front door to let air in but lots of traffic and not safe for dog also had to keep driving to get to beaches and I don't normally have to drive on holiday.
