Walton House, Southwold

The kitchen was very well appointed and the shower room and bathroom were super. The living room was huge and could seat lots of people but not 8.. Lovely hot water. Great views over the rooftops to the lighthouse. Great location.

On arrival we couldn't find the property because the entrance is off the street. We were looking for No9 and Walton House and you don't see this until you are inside the property! Looking in the dark didn't help .Some of the single beds were not suitable for adults.The dining table looks great but it's really too big and heavy.

It was very hard to find. Please rewrite the directions for someone who has never been. The address itself is no help at all

The house was great for our big party - enormous lounge, great dining area and a very well stocked kitchen with high spec equipment. It had everything we needed. Nice touch with the wine and crisps on arrival too. Towels and bedding of a very high standard

we found if difficult to find the house - there is no number 9 shown anywhere nor information to access through the door next to the charity shop. a number 9 on that door would have been helpful.

Lovely Victorian building with lots of character right in the middle of a quaint Southwold - we all loved our stay here.

The WiFi desperately needs sorting, the hub there at the moment went out of service in 2014 and android/windows devices wouldn't connect, apple devices only.

Hot water supply and quality of plumbing and showers generally. Officious tone of information file. Also wasn’t happy that the money was taken in full without warning a long time before the stay
