"Poor housekeeping makes an otherwise nice property"

It's a large house with good outdoor space and a garage

Downstairs toilet leaks Ensuite bathroom sink blocked Floor in dining area in kitchen was filthy Beds uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable, sofas uncomfortable BBQ grill not clean BBQ unstable and propped up with a bit of wood House generally feels badly looked after and to top it off I got an unfriendly message before leaving saying we will be charged £25 for any furniture that was moved.

"Great place and location"

The house was well appointed, well presented. Had everything we needed. Great location too.

Coffee machine was not working and nit cleaned out from previous use. The downstairs toilet leaked. Minor notes to an overall great house.

Location

Where to start, the cleanliness in the house was very poor, there were cobwebs and dust in every room. Immediately after arriving, the plates had to be washed and the towels had to be washed The grill was full of old coal and cigarettes. One of the toilets was broken. Mold on the walls near the windows.There is no information in the advertisement about a tenant who lives in the same building.After sending a message to the owner on Friday, someone showed up only on Sunday when we cleaned everything up ourselves. I do not recommend it. The only plus is the location.

"Spacious and comfortable place for big groups"

Lots of space to relax, lots of decent-sized bedrooms and a great kitchen. The facilities inside were very good and it was a comfortable place to stay. The beds were pretty good too, as was the wonderful welcome basket.

There was work being done to the outside so we could not use the patio and the shower in the en suite was a little basic.
