This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.

"Absolute gem a stone throw away from the city centre! Don’t hesitate to book!"

The property had everything you could possibly need to go to a home from home break! The house was absolutely stunning very well kept and the location was great! City centre is 5 minute drive in. As we travel to Coventry a lot we have already agreed this is where we’re staying from now on! The hosts were fantastic and were available to message and answer any of our questions.

Location and price

A lot of creaking on the upper floor hallway and bedrooms. Can be heard from the ground floor. Tv remotes missing. Had to use physical buttons on the tv.

"The place make me and my family feel just like home"

It is very clean and new. The place is suitable for my family and has everything needed as we are at home. It will be perfect if you have a car since you need it for your movement as the place is not in the town centre and it has a private parking place.

"Great house, good location, very clean"

Great house, and very well stocked and comfortable - it had everything we needed, including parking. The instructions for accessing the keys arrived in good time. It was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
