Super clean, lovely space, great location, friendly owners. We really loved it here.

The small double (4ft) bed was comfy but not really big enough for us. Husband ended up sleeping on the floor. I wish holiday accommodation would provide king or at least full size doubles.

It was self catering so breakfast no included

Bathroom a little dated.Perhaps pipes from boiler would be better boxed in. Although there is a ramp and door for wheelchair access there isn't facilities in the bathroom which is a bit odd.

We had a very comfortable short break in Briar cottage. Everything needed was provided, it was spotlessly clean, plenty of room and within easy reach of Cromer, coastal path, Norwich and other places of interest. We would definitely book again if visiting Norfolk
