The fridge and bath had not been cleaned. The oven and oven tins etc were not clean would not have wanted to use them. A tea pot and a jug for the microwave would have been useful

GBGreat location, quiet, novel mezzanine, had everything we needed.
Not as clean as we would expect for the price, hairs on the sofa, cobwebs in corners, garden furniture and exterior of conservatory needed a wipe down, which we did. Everything else fine.
GBWe only stayed for one night, but the property was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and ideally positioned exploring Beverley. We will definitely look to use this place on our next visit.
