Convenient location, walking distance to town centre, safe off-street parking. Very comfortable bed.. plenty of space for two guests. Very clean and well presented.

Beverley was a lovely place to visit and the property is close to the centre.

Major maintenance issues need to be resolved. Floorboards loose in the bedroom under the carpet, felt like I was going to fall through. Stained ceiling in kitchen from current or past leak in the upstairs bathroom. Conservatory needs a good clean. Towels a disgrace, already mentioned on a previous post, obviously still not resolved. Might not matter to some but I’m a light sleep, house was constantly creaking, groaning (want of a better word) all night long, kept thinking there was someone in the house with us. I now understand what a previous post meant of a “ghost” .

Perfectly clean beautiful little place. Very homely. Small enough to feel warm and welcoming but big enough that we wished we were staying longer. Conservatory and cute garden didn't get used for our stay but are lovely. Everything you could wish for in a perfect location minutes from the centre by walk and beautifully quiet. One of the nicest places we've stayed for a long long time.A great find and highly recommend

Location and parking were great . Well equipped, comfortable and clean with a homely feel. Loved hearing the trains!

The conservatory was a bit sparse and chilly, but we could have used the electric heater. Scuffed paint work here and there and the towels getting a little tired.
