Lovely family home, 5 minutes from the beach

Spacious front room and kitchen, bed comfy

Property needs deep clean , cig ends in garden on arrival, dishwasher had dirty items still in it , chain on bath plug missing , owner stated it was down to normal cleaner went sick , but once settled we began to noticed a lot of dirt in various places ie kitchen floor by fridge that had mould in it , cooker filthy, behind sofa covers filthy with dog hair , everywhere was grimy , photos sent to host to be told it wasn’t as bad as we stated , asked for a partial refund, host refused but offered us a free weeks holiday which we declined,we couldn’t stay again if the host thinks the property is ok after seeing our photos, it’s the worst holiday let we have stayed in for cleanliness, such a shame because it did have some good points. We have just seen Jason's response to our review and are appalled that he states maybe the odd cigarette butt when the photos I sent shows different and the fact he has stated we said if you don't give us a refund we will leave a bad review , I have a copy of all our messages and not once did we say that and we also never asked for a full refund , we actually asked for a part refund as we couldn't have our friends round due to your standards of cleaning. We hope booking.com soon upload the photos so future guests can see for themselves the poor standard of cleanliness at this property which is not down to having to get an emergency cleaner this is down to not been cleaned properly for several weeks

Great accommodation in a great location. 5 mins drive from the beach. Very clean, perfect kitchen and Jason was really helpful over messages. Will be staying again when work brings me this way without a doubt.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was a beautiful home so close to everything pool table was fun in the evening master bedroom was comfy and was a very homey experience would love to revisit
