Caravan was lovely and comfortable and location on park was perfect

Sewage smell across whole park mentioned to staff as thought sespits needed looked at but got blank response

Always find this property in excellent condition, comfortable, clean, and everything you would need to stay for a long time. The area this villa is in is really quiet and peaceful. Lovely neighbours. Free WIFI is a bonus, and a short walk to amenities When ever we visit New Beach, we always check if this villa is available first. Its our 1st choice each and every time. .Having a cuppa outside with the ducks nearby is a pleasure

The whole experience of booking, payment, collecting keys, facilities at caravan, the caravan itself, communication with host was EXCELLENT!!

Nothing to dislike...however the weather cou!d of been a bit better...like less rain 🙄😂

"Newbeach 2025"

Amazing property tastefully finished with high end appliances, with huge wrap around decking with quality outside furniture for dining or lounging. Spotless when we arrived with the nice added welcome of beer and wine supplied also fresh milk with Tea and Coffee. This property is beside the Duck pond, we've stayed on this site many times and we will definitely return to this one, so thank you Nick and Freda until next year 😀 xx Brian and Wendy.

Nothing negative to say about our whole experience!
