Warm welcome and the opportunity to fish the lake next time I stay.

Limited cooking utensils (colander, sieve, potato peeler / masher) Maybe most people eat out or have food delivered ?

Nothing.

1. The entrance to the accommodation was full of potholes and uneven surfaces. It is down a builders-lot road and not suitable for low-lying cars like mine. There were no warnings in place and I could have damaged my car. 2. I was informed upon parking that lots of builder's vehicles come in from 8am and they will be noisy and scattered around the yard. I was concerned I may get blocked in. 3. The Sign Posting was difficult to find. Especially in twilight. 4. Upon arrival, the home was very, very cold. 5. The Landlady suggested I use the air con to heat up the place and there is underfloor heating, but she wishes not to use it to save on energy bills. 6. I was advised not to leave my windows open. This unnerved me. 7. I was advised the owners have cctv around. This also unnerved me. 8. The accommodation was secluded behind a builder's yard and I am a lone female. I did not feel safe whatsoever. 9. There were no curtains or privacy when sitting in the lounge. I was concerned anybody could see in. The windows were bare. 10. There were no towels. I hadn't brought my own assuming there to be some. 11. As I exited, I let the owner know I didn't feel comfortable or safe there. 12. At no point was it made clear to me that you need a 4x4 to access this accommodation, that it is highly isolated and there are no curtains to ensure privacy or safety nor were there towels or warmth to the place.

Very tidy and clean when we arrived. Also arrived to a warm welcome from the Hostess Anna…. Netflix all set up on the TV with a beautiful walk in shower. very secluded area, great for keeping our van safe!!

Quality apartment, very private, well equipt, heated floor and aircon unit for heating and cooling.

No explanation for the controls for the heated floor, nor the aircon.

We had a small problem with the bathroom but the hosts very quick to respond. Everything else was perfect.
