Location is perfect, very spacious and stocked up with most necessities for a great holiday by the beach.

Nothing in the garden except a bench which is not suitable for 12 guests. Could do with 1 more tv.

Sleeps 12 , settee space for 6 at a push. Double on suite bathroom needs blinds replacing.

"brilliant"

spacious, rooms were warm, beds were comfy will be staying again, beach is a 2 minute walk

only thing I wasent happy with was the Tv situation only 1 in the entire house
