Beach Break Aberavon Holiday Home by the Sea

Clean,modern, comfortable

Exceptionally cold on arrival 11 degrees Took all evening to warm up after adjusting boiler and temp.

The property was lovely. Very homely, in a good location and very spacious.

Having to leave!

This was a last minute booking as we were meant to be staying somewhere else, only to find that property to be filthy and not somewhere we wanted to stay. We were very grateful to find Beach Break Aberavon available at such short notice and delighted to find such a beautifully presented property on arrival The hosts have put an awful lot of thought and care into their offering and we would definitely bookmark this property for future trips and recommend it to others It's right next to the beach too, so a great location.

There really isn't anything not to like to be honest. If I was being super picky, perhaps an additional hand towel to go with the bath towel, but we bathed on day one and hung up the towel over the radiator to use next day and it was fine Could be wrong, but I don't remember seeing an airer where you could hang wet clothes after visiting the beach, but there is a really useful utility area where you could take your sandy shoes off so you don't walk it through the house etc, Clutching at straws here, it's a fab property :)

Proximity to beach

Tired, dilapidated, dirty , terrible fit and finish , little communication from host, no welcome pack/ contacts/ places to visit and eat, door with broken locks , 2 of of 3 toilet seats hanging off, furniture very uncomfortable,beds were fine except master bed ( very worn) everything creaked and groaned drawers hanging out dangerous mats on landing hiding stained carpet and the front entrance way has a rusty door broken meter cupboard and only parking for one car … no book of do’s and dont’s so no idea how to leave the bedding/ towels on checkout it’s right on a very noisy roundabout and the pub across the road is extremely rowdy till 11.30

Close to the beach! Literally a stones throw away. The house is extremely clean and very comfortable! The hosts were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The extra touches like toys and the pool table were perfect. Lots of space for a family visit we were so sad to leave!

This is such a super house for a family visiting Aberavon. Short walks to all the best places to eat. Remos, Francos, The Front and The Sand Rabbit (great Sunday roast!). The house is clean and well equipped. It’s incredibly spacious. A great find!

We've love this house . So close to the beach its clean cute and its got everything you need cross the road and you have a pub but its not noisy you have the beach across the riad ....sleeps 10 and we'll equipt this was our second visit and will be booking again Host was very quick to reply to our questions and help with questions we had
