The property was well located in Cromer, only about 15 minutes walk from the pier but in quiet streets away from the busy roads of the town. Parking on the street was easy, but it might be more difficult in the peak season. The house was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped. The utilities appeared virtually new. We really liked the bi-fold doors leading out of the kitchen onto a small, sunny terrace and the 'welcome pack' was also much appreciated.
