Spacious over 3 levels that allowed a group to be able to have their own space. Lovely walking area/path at the back of the property

Very noisy at night time over the weekend. Noisy till 3am. No fault of the property, it’s due to night life across the carpark, Chicago and town.

Extremely well laid out and kept, exceptionally clean and tidy and beautifully presented

Location was more urban than I expected and was a little noisy at night

Liked the communal space on the ground floor (kitchen/dining area) and the patio area is very nice, although unfortunately the weather stopped us actually using it! TV's in every room was good and electronic keypad on the front door meant we didn't have to worry about losing keys! Beds were comfy and plenty of clothes space. The living room on the first floor had enough seating for all six of us to watch TV.

No hairdryer or mirror in the 2nd floor front bedroom and the mattress protector had a pee stain. Hooks on the back of the bedroom doors for dressing gowns would be useful. Generally the house could be a bit cleaner and could do with a bit of tlc, a trim panel kept falling off in the kitchen. Also the fridge and freezer were dirty and the freezer needed defrosting. Only one parking space but this is made clear in the property details. Noisy nightclub nearby.
