Oak Bray Coach House

The location was perfect for Legoland and visit to Windsor The accommodation was exceptionally clean, beautifully presented (Julia has an eye for details and design), it had all the equipment you could possibly need. Towels were plentiful and smelt lovely. Bathroom is lovely and the shower is fabulous. The coach house is set in the grounds of the hosts property, which are beautifully maintained and peaceful. Parking and security is fantastic. Double beds were fine, a bit soft if you're used to a firmer bed as we are and I'd have welcomed a king size. Based on the location of Windsor it is super close to flight path. Something my husband loved as an enthusiast, my daughter not so much, as it was big rumbling sounds she wasn't used to and bed time, but it was still exciting lying on the bed watching them pass the skylights, we loved that. Would definitely visit again.

It was unfortunate that the host experienced issues with the internet, this meant that not only could we not access anything online through phones/tablets. We couldn't watch TV either, so the plan of "relaxing in an evening" in the lovely surroundings of the property was limited as I fought to solve technissues. And travelling with kids the TV would have been appreciated as we readied ourselves in the morning. We had intermittent moments in the early evening where we could appease the little one with a bit of Peppa pig, but after that it stopped completely. Julia tried to fix, and we had done similar actions to fix so we knew it was absolutely out of her control. I know Julia was on the case straight away getting the technicians out so that the next guests could hopefully get back to usual service. But it did impact our stay slightly, and therefore impact what seemed good value. Julia gave us a bottle of wine as an appreciation for our patience and understanding, and I welcomed that. We would like to visit again next year because it is a lovely spot. Just on this occasion the technology let us down, and in the spirit of giving a fair review I think it needed noting.

Just returned following a few nights stay at Oak Bray Coach House, honestly can't say enough good things about the place, exceeded all our expectations. The property is about 10 mins outside of Windsor which was ideal for us, on a quiet country road on the most beautiful estate I've ever visited. The property was kitted out to a very high standard, huge flat screen smart tvs in every room, huge comfy sofa for chilling out which was exactly what we needed after exploring Windsor. All the bits and pieces you could possibly need were at the peoperty and then some, beds super comfy, lovely waterfall shower, private parking on the property which is a must for us, plenty of nice pubs nearby, really peaceful and in a beautiful setting so all in all we absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back when we're next in the area. Didn't really see the host as the access codes for the gate were provided in advance, really easy access to the property, everything was beautifully presented and was a perfect stay for us.

Absolutely nothing, but having read some of the previous comments yes the beds are double beds and a little on the soft side, however that's just what we wanted so we had a few nights of really good sleep here. You can hear and see the planes above the property, but if your staying anywhere in windsor you should expect that and we loved it personally, we miss it now that we're home. We didn't hear any noise from the road or a nearby business either, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, absolutely amazing stay at Oak Bray Coach House!

The place is really lovely, clean and well equipped. A wonderful place to relax. The cats outside were an added bonus,especially for my daughter! The hospitality was generous especially when I needed bits for breakfast for my little one that I had forgotten, we are so grateful. You know you stayed at a good place when it was a one night and you miss it!

This is an excellent place to stay. Lovely and quiet, very nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Would highly recommend

A great countryside experience with plenty of space for a group of 4. A short drive to Legoland and Windsor castle. So happy we chose to stay outside of the busy town. Laundry facilities and very comfy beds.

Amazing location, beautiful house, it has everything you need to just get in and settle.
