Location was spot on, house felt like home. Clean, bright and welcoming

The stairs are quite Narrow so one has to be very careful when going up and down the staircase.

Clean, well equipped house with a very responsive host. very quiet and convenient for me. Xmas tree and card made us feel very welcome.

only very minor things such as having to adjust water settings as so hot, minor issues with bathroom sink, no dish cloth in kitchen and no bin in bathroom but easy to resolve as other bins. one bin in bedroom had hair in it from previous occupant. Main front door lock rather insecure but fine as had second lock.

The house was lovely. Very clean, very well equipped, the location is perfect and Colin is an excellent host! We will definitely be back!

There is only bathroom for 7 people. We were only there for 2 nights but felt it would be a problem if we were to stay longer.

"Fantastic base for a family trip"

I would highly recommend. The property was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There was a good stock of everything you would need there. A really good base for a family trip, lots of activities nearby and great base for Peppa pig World! Walking distance from a supermarket and easy roadside parking available. Great host with a very useful guide to the property available. Nice area, would be happy to stay again.
