Florita - Dawlish

I love everything about Florita, I was visiting mates in the area & the location was perfect for me.. I cannot emphasise how comfy thr bed was! Its a lovely setup & has all the facilities you could need for a stay! Unfortunately I didn't stay long enough to enjoy it more!

Everything... From the moment we arrived, Louise and Darren were so welcoming, it felt like we were staying at a friend's house. I would 100% recommend it here, especially it you like that personal experience.

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely touches of some milk, tea, coffee and fresh flowers on arrival. Host was very helpful ahead of arriving.

The small sink in the bathroom and the mirror made it difficult for shaving.

Beautiful, quirky , shabby chic little annex, ample full of bedding, towels, lovely added extras with milk, juice and some snacks, thank you much appreciated Owners away on their holiday atm, as of course we all need a break, and Louise was the other end of a message when ever I needed her. Her son was here to welcome us upon arrival and he was very friendly.

Downside was the room which backs on to the bedroom isn't soundproof, and unfortunately there was quite a bit of clanging / banging around the midnight time, then again from 7.30am. Probably family members getting ready for work etc. Electric plug on righthand side of bed is coming away from wall, needs a little tighten

The property was really nice and quiet and comfortable and in an excellent location to go walk to the coastal path. Louise was very friendly and very helpful in giving suggestions for places to see. When I first entered the property I thought there was not a proper cooking facility but there was a single hob, a big airfryer, and a microwave which we used together to make some nice meals. In addition there was a kettle and a toaster. There were plenty of cooking pans/pots and utensils.

Perfect location for the wedding we were attending and great for both dawlish and Dawlish warren. Loved all the quirky bits and pieces in the garden. In the property itself we loved the decor and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Having some basics such as tea, coffee, milk, juice and squash was really handy. Great communication from Louise too.

Fabulous all round, can't fault anything.
