Florita - Dawlish

Bathroom & handbasin ,rather small.

Loved the quirky up cycling of the kitchenette and the sink, bed was comfortable, lots of family games and books to choose from, very clean, it really had everything we needed and in an ideal location

The only thing we found slightly uncomfortable was the sofa

Quirky accommodation, good for getting around locations , excellent host who gave us tips on where to go , host was really helpful and friendly , great touch with milk and juice and crisps there for us when we arrived

Was clean and spacious

The fact the emergency door was right beside the toilet and on the other side is the owners.

The staff were really helpful and made us feel very welcome. The property was really clean and comfortable just like being in our own home.

The beds were comfy.

First of all the location is in Dawlish Warren and NOT Dawlish as advertised. Tiny bathroom. If you are tall you will find that your knees touch the door. As it was adjoined it to the owners house it was noisy at times. Also when returned from a day out there was a partly drunk juice bottle on table which was NOT ours ……………………. Also advertised at beach side but at least a 10 mins walk to Dawlish warren beach.

Florita is a quirky place to stay, everything you need was at hand, even fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. The shower is outstanding, home from home. Louise greeted us as we arrived, a lovely welcome! Nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for a quiet time away I would definitely book ! I know we will be booking again.

The property was lovely and clean. The host left milk and orange juice in the fridge. Nice touch. Also left some packets of crisps on the side .just a lovely little apartment. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach
